These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. The personal data provided by entrants to the Promoter will only be used by the Promoter for the purpose of always conducting the promotion and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy
1.1 To enter this promotion you must reside in the UK and be over 18 years at the time of entry – Friday 22nd December 2023 to 1st January 2024.
1.2 This promotion is not open to RUCk employees (or members of their immediate families)
1.3 No purchase necessary. However, to enter the promotion, you must have an internet connection and a valid email account.
1.4 Only one entry per person per day.
1.5 Multiple entries created by the same person will be disqualified. RUCK accepts no responsibility for entries that, for whatever reason, it does not receive before the promotion closing time.
1.6 Please follow the promotion guidelines.
1.7 To take part in the RUCK Lystery competition to win the prize the user will first need to provide their full name, date of birth & email address.
1.8. To play the RUCK Lystery competition users will need to answer all the questions and will be entered into a prize draw.
1.09 The prize available to be won through the RUCK Lystery competitionquiz are as follows:
- 1 x Rugby Union shirt of the user’s choice
1.10 The winner will be contacted via email.
1.11 RUCK’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
1.12 Prize winner must be over the age of 18.
1.13 The winner’s details will be shared with RUCK to award the prize. Prize are issued in person with specified collection instructions on the day and not emailed out.
1.14 The prize will not be transferable to another person,
1.15 No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
1.16 If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
1.17 The promoter reserves the right at any time, in its absolute discretion, to disqualify any participant:
1.187.1 If found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the promotion or entering using fraudulent means, or who the promoter believes to have acted in breach of these terms and conditions;
1.17.29 who does not give correct contact details or who makes an entry on someone else’s behalf;
1.17.320 posting (or who has previously posted) a post, entry or comment to their own and/or the promoter’s social media pages that is, in the promoter’s opinion, inappropriate, offensive, defamatory or upsetting to other participants, fans of the promoter or the promoter’s commercial partners relevant to the promotion, or is directly aimed at the promoter, or contrary to applicable law, and, in the case of the promoter’s social media pages, to remove any such entry or comment.
1.2181 No entries from agents, third parties, syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, script or the use of automated devices are permitted, and no bulk entries are permitted.

1.2023 The promotion is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Twitter or Facebook. Participants acknowledge that Instagram, Twitter or Facebook shall not have any liability to them in connection with the promotion.
