Eddie Jones final five debutant ALL scrapped by Steve Borthwick

it is widely known that upon taking the position as new England’s head coach in December, Steve Borthwick made the decision to part ways with several veteran players.

Borthwick made a statement of intent when he dropped veterans Billy Vunipola, Jonny May and Jack Nowell for his first Six Nations squad.

However, he’s also sidelined predecessor Eddie Jones final five debutants in favour of his own players such as Ollie Hassell-Collins and Ben Curry.

Incredibly, all of Jones’ final five debutant are yet to feature in the new regime against either Scotland or Italy.

#1. Will Joseph (London Irish)

His powerful running style and versatility caught the eye of Eddie Jones and saw him included in several England training camps towards the conclusion of the 2021/22 campaign, building up to being one of two inclusions in the touring squad to Australia in July 2022.
