Former England captain Dylan Hartley’s chances of going to the 2019 Rugby World Cup are now slim, according to a report in The Rugby Paper today.
The 33-year-old, who has not played since before Christmas, has reportedly been LEFT OUT of Eddie Jones’ Elite Player Squad.

Hartley apparently hasn’t even been considered by the Aussie, who is likely to go with his Six Nations trio of Jamie George, Luke Cowan-Dickie and Jack Singleton.
