Nick Isiekwe of Saracens and Charlie Ewels of Bath Rugby have been drafted into England’s three-day training camp. The pair will replace Northampton Saints’ Alex Coles and Leicester Tigers’ George Martin, who are unavailable to train.
This camp forms part of England’s preparations ahead of their autumn campaign, where they will face a series of challenging fixtures.

Autumn Campaign Line-Up
England will kick off their autumn fixtures on 2 November against New Zealand, followed by matches against Australia, South Africa, and Japan. These encounters will test the squad as they build towards the 2025 Six Nations.
Sinfield to Remain in Reduced Role
In a separate development, the Rugby Football Union (RFU) has confirmed that assistant coach Kevin Sinfield will remain with the England set-up, albeit in a reduced capacity. The 44-year-old, originally scheduled to step down this year, will now continue as skills and kicking coach, focusing on player mentoring.
Sinfield, a former rugby league legend, was expected to depart following England’s summer series against Japan and New Zealand. However, the RFU revealed that Sinfield will have more time off outside of international windows.
A Successful Coaching Partnership
Sinfield first joined forces with head coach Steve Borthwick at Leicester Tigers in 2021 as defence coach, and together they led the team to a Premiership title. The pair then transitioned to the national side, where their partnership has been integral to England’s recent successes.
