Consequently, the 22-year-old will be unable to participate in the upcoming Rugby World Cup in France. To fill his absence, Alex Mitchell from Northampton Saints has been selected to join the England squad.
Reflecting on the situation, England’s head coach, Steve Borthwick, expressed sympathy, stating, “Jack’s unfortunate injury is truly unfortunate. Our heartfelt wishes go out to him for a speedy and triumphant recovery.”
